1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are continually working to expand our shipping options and will update our policy when international shipping becomes available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–15 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team.
6. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packed in secure, eco-friendly packaging to minimize damage during shipping.
7. P.O. Box Addresses
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
8. Order Modifications
Once your order is placed, we aim to ship it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify shipping addresses or change items in an order once it has been processed. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.
