Refund & Returns Policy
At Ylomo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return and refund process. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy below to understand the steps for returning items and receiving a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
- Sale items, intimates, or final sale items are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely, including the original invoice or order confirmation, and affix the RA number to the outside of the package.
- Ship the Return: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in your RA instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
If your return does not meet our return eligibility criteria, you will be notified, and the item may be sent back to you.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra charge, depending on your preference. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. International Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns from outside the United States. We are only able to process returns for orders shipped within the U.S.
7. Late Returns
Returns made after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. We strongly encourage you to initiate your return as soon as possible to avoid delays.
